As you know, the Hungarian Trapista Cheese is far from tasty and I have been looking into whether I could possibly make cheese myself for my own use. Now I have spoken to a Dutch lady who gives workshops and training in (Gouda) cheese making. She thinks it would be fun to also give a workshop (1 day) or training (2 days) here in Hungary. That seems nice to me too, of course.
Now I'm curious whether more Dutch/Belgians want to participate. Once I know the size of the group, she can make a quote and we can make a final decision. The more students, the cheaper the workshop or training.
So my question is whether you are interested without obligation. You only really have to register once we know how much it will cost.
